Do I need to be home for delivery?
No—arrangements arrive in hydration to keep fresh until you’re back. The courier will leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.
How long should the flowers last?
We always say 5-10 days, depending on how warm your home is, where the flowers are place in your home and how clean the vase/water is.
What should I do when my flowers arrive?
Select a clean vase for your flowers & fill 3/4 with fresh clean cold water. Remove all the packaging. Cut the stems at an angle and remove any lower level leaves that may touch the water. Place flowers straight into the water once cut. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight & draughts. The cooler the room the longer your flowers will last.
