Refund policy

Availability of Flower & Foliage - We will always aim to provide you with the finest quality flowers on the day, which may mean that we sometimes need to substitute certain flower or foliage stems in line with seasonal change and or quality. Therefore your bouquet may not always be exact to the one pictured, however we will do our utmost to match it as best we can. Where a suitable substitution can be made, we reserve the right to do so without notice.

If you do have a queries with any of our Fresh Items (flowers/ plants/ bulbs) please let us know within 24 hours and will try to rectify where possible. Please contact us with Photographs which demonstrate any issues via email hello@wyldandgreen.co.uk

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for our fresh goods, if you do have any problems with any of your flowers, plants or bulbs we will do what we can to rectify any issues, either with a replacement when necessary or a credit note. 

We have a 14-day return policy for Sundries / Giftware. Please keep a copy of you payment & pop in to the shop or email us on hello@wyldandgreen.co.uk \ if you are unable to come back to the shop please post the item to us via courier of your choice payable postage to be covered by you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
